Refund Policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the items purchased, unworn and undamaged items can be returned for size/color change or returned with a monetary refund.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.


Shipping is at the Customer's risk, STEVE SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by STEVE SRL staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return or exchange procedure. STEVE SRL reserves the right to evaluate additional charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the return and exchange conditions and agreed with the Customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request return authorization , the Customer must send a request to the address info@desoleabbigliamento.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, STEVE SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as the payment method), in the event of a return, are borne by the customer and therefore not refunded , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the information.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

In the event that there is an error in choosing the size on www.desoleabbigliamento.it , it is possible to make an exchange, within 14 days of receiving the goods, ONLY for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment with a different item . There is only one exchange of goods per single order.

The payment methods for shipping costs (return and redelivery) will be agreed based on the customer's needs, with our assistance service at info@desoleabbigliamento.it or on the Whatsapp number +39 0792019208 , specifying the code of the item that it intends to change. Once the CHANGE request has been received, STEVE SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as the payment method), in the event of an exchange, are borne by the customer and therefore not refunded , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the information.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to STEVE SRL , the Customer is required to respect specific conditions:

  1. All items for sale on the website https://www.desoleabbigliamento.it are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the garment. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag.
  2. The return will only be accepted with intact tags. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
  3. The items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.
  4. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
  5. All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
  6. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Express Courier no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.
  7. The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure to info@desoleabbigliamento.it
  8. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, STEVE SRL reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items with missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

NB
The expenses and costs of returning the product (e.g. cash on delivery, return of goods, etc.) are in any case borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

 

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal consists of the possibility - granted to the consumer for contracts concluded away from business premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) - to decide unilaterally to dissolve the contractual obligation with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of its stipulation, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

  • for the goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
  • for services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (as per the postmark) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must take place free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of withdrawal.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance payment location.

  • the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

The refund, including shipping costs, will be carried out by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication via.
